We went to the ward Valentine dance last Friday. Micha and Maddy had a lot of fun dancing together. They did the "Cotton Eye Joe" and the "ChaCha" line dance, it was pretty fun watching them. Maddy is already asking when the next dance is.
After the dance, Micha let Maddy drive around the church parking lot. She might have enjoyed that more than the dance!

Thomas was down for the weekend. Him and Maddy made perfect seesaw partners.
It was really beautifule weather for about 4 days here, so we had to take advantage of it. Maddy has loved being able to play outside and go to the park after being stuck inside for weeks.
She was glued to the TV the whole time she got her hair cut.
I finally talked Maddy into cutting her hair. She wants it to be super long like Rapunzel, so she hasn't wanted to get it cut. I guess I caught her in a good mood the other day and she cooperated very well. I think she looks super cute and much older! Notice she isn't "posing" in this picture, that too was a miracle!!
We were so excited to see little Maggie. She is so sweet and tiny!
We took the kids bowling one day. Maddy is a little upset b/c she wasn't getting strikes like she does when she plays bowling on the Wii.
They missed each other so much!!

Maddy announced to everybody that it was her birthday and that she was ready to open her presents. She ended up taking the microphone from the lady and went on to make her own announcements. 
We had a little cake drama. We went to pick it up and it was supposed to be a Dora cake and this is what they had for us. Maddy was very upset and we didn't have time for them to redo the cake so we had to take this one. Once it came time to eat it I don't think Maddy really cared what was on it!
Maddy wanted to have her birthday at Chuke Cheese this year. We have always had her parties at home so this was a nice change. Especially for me b/c I didn't have to do anything, it was great. There were about 15 kids so I am glad I didn't have to worry about entertaining them. They loved it when Chucke came out and sang and danced with them. (There was another party there too, you can probably tell which kids belonged to her party and who didn't :) )
Maddy was playing the Wii the other day and fell asleep in the middle of playing. She still had the numchuk in her other hand. We got a pretty good laugh about it.
