Bubble Bath

Maddy has been into taking bubble baths lately. She likes to make bubble beards. Ahh, brings back memories of taking bubble baths when I was and kid and loved doing the same thing.

Family Fun

Friday night we went and played minature golf. Maddy had a lot of fun, but I think Micha and I had more fun trying to beat each other. My beautiful "hole in one" helped me beat him, but then again, I always beat him! After golfing we went to "The Purple Cow" for dinner. This is one of Maddy's favorite places to eat b/c they have Purple Ice Cream and shakes, which she thinks is the coolest thing ever. After dinner we came home and watched Alvin and the Chipmunks, very cute movie. All in all it was a fun family night.

Maddy wanted to make brownies tonight so she had to get on the proper attire. I think she enjoyed licking the bowl the most.

Maddy and "Ballooney"

We went to Chick fil a yesterday and they were handing out balloons to all the kids. Maddy decided to name hers Ballooney and they soon became best friends. When we got home she wanted me to draw a face on her and they continued through out the day doing everything together. I even had to buckle Ballooney in the seat belt when we went out last night. When Maddy woke up this morning she asked where Ballooney was and discovered that she was lying on the floor, no longer floating around and she asked me why her head had gotten smaller. Ballooney is almost completely deflated so Maddy will have to find a new best friend!!

DeVaux Get Together

My Dad was called as the new Bishop in Hot Springs so the whole family was able to come down for the weekend. It was great to have the whole family together(except Gabe and Big David). The kids had fun playing with all their cousins and enjoyed fighting with each other even more. A lot has changed over the past year so it was nice to just be together, especially the girls, we were able to catch up on all our gossiping that all the husbands get onto us for. They might not do the gossiping but they sure like to hear it!! It was a great weekend that went by too fast.

Micha and Gabby playing together, I think they bonded over the weekend. If only Micha had long hair for Gabby to hold! It seems that Gabby doesn't like to wear clothes in Arkansas either.
I'm not really sure what Mom is so shocked about.

Luckily it was a very pretty weekend, so the kids got to spend a lot of time outside playing. Mom bought this little game thing for the kids and they loved it. That's Thomas going after AdaBelle, I guess David's not the only victim of Thomas. :)The twins definitely love to eat. They are so stinkin' cute!! They were so fun to watch and play with.

Too Much TV

I have come to the conclusion that Madison is watching way too much TV! She came up to me a couple of days ago and said, "Mom you need to buy those green bags so you can stop throwing money away." She was referring to those bags that are supposed to keep your fruits and veggies fresher for longer. Then today I was telling Micha I wanted to go to Home Depot and buy some flowers to plant and Maddy chimes in, " I know mom, why don't you just buy that green stuff, you just roll it out, water it, and flowers bloom." I really wasn't sure what she was talking about, And sure enough later this afternoon when we were watching TV, the commercial for the roll out flower bed came on and she was right! The commercial says, "Just roll it out, water it, and watch your flowers appear." And Maddy says, "See that's what I was talkin' about.
So if you need to know the latest products on the market just ask Maddy!!

"Miss Winston"

The other night Micha decided to put one of Maddy nightgowns on Winston. He was very happy about it as you can see. We got a pretty good laugh about it.
