Yes, We are Crazy!

Gabby and Maddy

Me and Trish(Maddy took the pic)

Yes, we are one of those crazy, unpredictable families who are always changing their minds! We moved to Utah last week. Don't ask me why, let's just leave it at this is where we need to be at this time in our life. Maybe I am going to find Trish's future husband, or maybe I will be able to go cosmetology school out here, or maybe I am needing to be humbled for all the negative things I always say about Utah. Only time will tell, and if it doesn't work out, we all know we won't hesitate to move somewhere else.
One thing that is wonderful about Utah, is all the Temples. We were able to go to our first Open House on Saturday for the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. When we told Maddy she was going to get to go in a Temple, she was very excited for it all week. We went with Trish and Gabby, and the Torgersons. It is such a beautiful temple and I feel very blessed to be able to attend such a glorious and beautiful event.

Olivia is One and Memorial Day

Olivia's official birthday was on Monday, Memorial Day, so we did another little celebration for her. She enjoyed the cake just as much the second time around.

An Eventful Weekend

Micha after recieving his diploma as "Meecha Cain Bailey". Yeah he was pretty pissed when they pronounced his name wrong!!
Olivia and I at the graduation(very bad angle)
Maddy playing with my camera at the graduation
This weekend Micha graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a degree in Finance. It has been a LONG road for him to get here. I am very proud that he was able to have a full time job, be a full time dad/husband, and be a full time student. I know that his hard work and dedication will pay off. I feel awful b/c we were so busy and pressed for time all weekend that we didn't even get a pic of him in his cap and gown(he might just have to put it on and we can take some pics :) ).

Micha's truck "strategically" packed with everying that wouldn't fit in the U-haul.
1702 Calgary Trail- Our Home........makes me a little teary eyed to see this pic. I loved this house and the memories we made in it. We decided to move to Dallas, Texas in the pursuit of a job. We are hoping a bigger and better market will prove successful for Micha. We know there are many who disagreed with our decision to just up and leave but we feel good and confident about our decision and if it doesn't work out then we move on from here. We are taking a huge leap of faith and trust in the Lord that everything will work out! It was hard to say goodbye to family, friends, and Arkansas. Arkansas will always be our home and we will be back often for visits! We will miss everyone's love and support.
The missionaries came and helped us load up our truck since it was P-day. They are some great elders and we will miss them!
We celebrated Olivia's birthday a week early since we were moving. It was nice to have one last get together before we moved.
Oliva after eating her cake, I think she enjoyed it:)

Olivia's Magazine Cover

This is the cover of a small catalog that Olivia got to be on. Her pictures are through out the entire magazine and I think she did a great job! I thought the cover pic was absolutely precious(just a proud mom's opinion)! We did this back in October, so she was about 5 1/2 months old.

11 Months!

She fell asleep the other night watching Mickey Mouse. So sweet!
Olivia's favorite thing to do is go through my purse and wallet and pull EVERYTHING out! She does it about 3 times everyday.
Sometimes it is just easier to let Olivia feed herself. She decided the bowl would make a perfect hat:)

Olivia is a very entertaining baby. She has gotten quite the personality and attitude lately. She has a total of 8 teeth, 4 top and 4 bottom. She hasn't had an ear infection in over a month, yeah! She is getting very close to walking. Just tonight, she took seven steps. But she is very stubborn about walking and will only do it when she wants to. She is still very loud! How did I get the two loudest kids in the world?? Olivia is awesome at going to sleep, just not staying asleep! She still gets up numerous times a night and I haven't had the energy to let her cry it out. Speak of the devil, she just woke up:) Why can't my children sleep through the night? I will forever be jealous of those people whose babies have slept through the night since they were 4 months old. Her new thing she started doing is sticking her hand in her mouth and gagging herself. She gags herself until she starts coughing. She thinks it's hilarious. We were feeding the missionaries the other night and she started gagging herself, and then all of the sudden she was throwing up! The missionaries were pretty disgusted by it! Ahhh, the joys of being a parent.

Disney On Ice

Micha took Maddy to Disney on Ice last week. Maddy loved it and came home quite wired on all the junk they ate. She told me her favorite part was the big crocodile that came out and Goofy falling down.
