Ellie and I headed to Utah 2 weeks ago for my baby brother’s wedding. Micha took a week off of work and stayed home with the 2 other girls. We rode out there with my mom and dad. It was a pretty entertaining ride. Ellie did so great in the car and Grandma enjoyed getting to play with her every time we stopped! She got a little cranky on the second morning of driving so Grandma came to the rescue with Cheetos! The third picture is her sleeping with the Cheeto in her mouth!
Gabe and Molly got married in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple. It was a beautiful ceremony with lots of tears shed(mostly from Molly’s family, they are big criers:) )
It was fun to have sister time without a billion kids around! We all share a love of shoes!!
Mr. and Mrs. DeVaux!!
The girl cousins that were in Utah. Ellie wasn’t real sure about the whole grass situation!
This is my nephew, Parker. This kid has energy for days! He LOVED the reception and all the food that was available(I was a fan of that also). He went around finding random plates to eat off of. I don’t have any pictures from the reception, but it was so nice!! Molly did a wonderful job planning it! They had Costa Vida cater it(a popular restaurant out west) and it was so GOOD! I have actually been craving it every since that night!
The kids were waiting for Gabe and Molly to leave. They had sparklers and bubbles :)
Ellie enjoying a Twizzler in the exersaucer at Aunt Jenny’s
Parker and Ellie spending a little time together!(Notice how much food is on Parker’s tray)
Parker cracks me up! Here he is trying to kick down the door(Jenny was hiding from him in her room).
Ellie and I flew home from Utah. This was her first flight and she did awesome! We barely made our flight because of the huge security line at SLC Airport, they were doing the last call right when we were walking up. We left at 6:00 am so Ellie slept most of the flights. Everyone around us commented on what a great baby she was. She loved looking out the window!
It was such a great week! It was nice only having to worry about one kid for a week. I enjoyed my break! I hadn’t been to Utah since we lived there 2 years ago, it was kind of weird to be back in our old area. I am so happy I was able to be there for their wedding. I love Molly and think she is such a great addition to our family. I am lucky to have gotten 2 great sister-in-laws this year!
